Cantonese cooking is all about balance and freshness. Our chefs prepare each dish to order, so the flavours arrive bright and the textures stay right, from a silky wonton soup to a sizzling plate of ginger-scallion lobster.
We keep the menu broad enough to satisfy every table, with chicken, beef, pork, duck, plenty of seafood, vegetables and tofu, and a handful of chef specials worth planning a visit around.
